RETURN POLICY
| * If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Item returned without an RMA # will not be processed or not handled properly. |
* Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards.
