This is a new in the package Soldiers of the World. These are made for kids to actually play with. Some parts are good for kit bashing other figures. This is a British SAS commando of WW2.  The set comes with  .45 pistol, uniform, boots, belt with stuff on it, K-bar knife, beret, 2 grenades, tommy gun. It is easier to ship this out of the package, but will send the whole thing if you want to keep it in the package - will cost more to ship that way. 8.00 USA, 15.00 overseas.
