Bread Improver: 
Use for Lighter loaves, longer shelf life and better texture.
Guidance: 
White Bread: 1 gram per 100 grams of white flour. // Brown Bread & Crusty Rolls: 2 grams per 100 grams.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Soya Flour, Dextrose, Emulsifier (E472e), Vegetable Oil, Flour Treatment Agent (E300).


Brownie Mix: 
A rich Chocolate Brownie Mix, requiring just the addition of water to create a dense fudge brownie. Excellent with the addition of nuts or chocolate chips.
Add: Water


Carrot Cake Mix: 
A moist full flavoured Carrot Cake Mix with excellent slicing qualities. Ideal for sheet lines, loaf cakes and cupcakes. Requires the inclusion of fresh carrot.
Add: Water, Vegetable Oil, Grated Carrot


Chocolate Creme Cake Mix: 
A multi-purpose Rich Chocolate Cake Mix which is versatile and easy to use. It can be used to create cupcakes, sheet line, load cakes, muffins and much more.
Add: Water, Egg, Vegetable Oil


Farmhouse Cake Mix: 
A lightly zesty Mix to be used with the addition of fruit, to produce moist eating loaf cakes and tray bakes.
Add: Water, Sultanas/ Currants


Madeira Cake Mix: 
A mix that will create a close-textured Madeira Cake; with great slicing qualities and a wonderfully rich taste; ideal for loaf cakes and celebration cake bases.
Add: Water


Plain Creme Cake Mix: 
A Multi-purpose Cake mix which is versatile and easy to use. It can be used to create cupcakes, sheet lines, loaf cakes, muffins and much more.
Add: Water, Egg, Vegetable Oil


Red Velvet Cake Mix: 
Used to make delicious, wonderful, delightful and heartwarming Red Velvet cakes/cupcakes.


Scone Mix: 
A mix that create delicious tasting scones; with superb volume and texture. For a fruited scone this mix requires inclusion of fruit.
Add: Water, (Fruit is optional)


Sponge Cake Mix: 
A light Fat-less Sponge Mix which can be used to make high quality sponges including Swiss Rolls, Trifle Fingers and more.

Choux Mix: 
Simply add water for fluffy Choux pastry. Used to make profiteroles, croquembouche, eclairs, french crullers, beignets, St Honore cake and savory gougeres.
