Honda made this petcock riveted shut so you can't replace the packing gasket and a new OEM petcock will cost about $200 if you can even find one. We have finally solved this problem! With a little bit of know-how, you can rebuild your petcock. The original Honda seal is not available, so this is a replacement made from Viton, which is the most fuel proof rubber available avoiding future problems. You will have to drill off the rivet heads and tap 3mm x .5mm treads for the Allen head stainless steel cap screws that are included.
