These pants simply pull on at the waist.. 

The waist is elasticated and has a tie inside if needed..

The waist laid flat unstretched is - 31" - stretched will fit a 39" waist very comfortably. 

From the waist to the hem leg is 40"

From the crotch to the hem of the leg is 31.5" (inseam)

- 19" in circumference at the ankle - looks great over a pair of sneakers..
