Please note:
This item is a use once product designed to give you the shape of the crimps you need to terminate a single lead. It may if used correctly last for more than one application but should be used to give the final crimp after the terminal has been shaped around the HT lead and is not designed to shape the terminal from the outset. Please see the images on this listing to show you how to use the two shape options that this tool provides. If you are likely to terminate more than one lead we would advise buying a few to complete the job without disappointment. This item is made from a durable material other than jaws found on traditional metal crimpers to keep costs down.

	Pricing Our shipping prices are constantly monitored to ensure you are not overpaying and our costs include secure packaging. Stock All our items are in stock and ready to send from the UK and try and get your order out within 24 hours.



	Standard Returns We are happy to accept returns if items are returned within 30 days of being received and providing they have not been used or opened and are in original condition. An email MUST be sent before returning your item and a note must be enclosed with the returned item stating the reason for the return and quoting your eBay ID and the item number. Postage for returned items will not be refunded. Faulty Items All products are individually inspected before being dispatched to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. We have helper pages on our shop front for conversion kits and distributors to assist with installation so we encourage you to work through these before contacting us as 80% of issues are resolved when doing so. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us within 28 days of receipt via email or telephone. Please do this before returning any item in order to organise return of the product (preferably in its original condition). Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace items where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
