Back in the day, yes, all the ladies were TINY... so this saying one size, is not gonna work for just anyone. This garter belt is definitely a SMALL. It looks to be in perfect condition, as though it has not been worn. Made in USA!! This item is in good, clean condition, and it comes from a smoke free environment.
