The condition of this book is nm or better.  This book was originally signed in 1991 by Stan Lee as a part of a signing for Cosmic Dreams Unlimited.  This is an older Stan Lee signature from 1991 when Stan was living in Hollywood where he signed this book as a part of a personal signing we had arranged with Stan at his studio.

We have included as an example a picture of a certified and verified copy of another 1-A  issue that we had graded by CBCS  (VSP) so you can compare signatures. The graded copy is for illustration purposes only .  You are not getting the graded copy as the copy you are buying is ungraded.
