The tagged size is 48R EU (usually about a 38R US) but this is in Tom Ford's *very* slim cut "Basic Base E" and fits more like a large 36R.
I normally wear a 38R and purchased this for myself. But I had to make a lot of alterations for fit; the trousers' side seam have been let out. This means the seam going down the sides of the pants were let for a wider thigh. I'm not crazy about the job the tailor did and you might want that seam re-sewn (but it's not a big deal). Additionally, the jacket's waist has been completely let out so there's no remaining allowance. After all that it's still just a bit too slim for me. =/
