RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• We stand behind our products 100% and each has been carefully inspected by us.
• Return of defective products must be done within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories.
• Return of non-defective or wrongly purchased items will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
• Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping and handling charges for any replacement or refund request.
• Returns on garments and personal items such as hair and skin care products are only acceptable for return if they are unused and in the original condition.
