If a problem does occur, please contact us as soon as possible with all the relevant details.
All of our items are tested before dispatch. Should you find that an item you have received is faulty or we have made an error then we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
If you change your mind about a purchase, the distance selling regulations apply. In this case, you are entitled to the standard 7 day cooling-off period and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Our policy is intended to be as fair as possible. Cases will be considered on an individual basis and exceptions may be made.
Please remember that communication is key. We are very reasonable but can only resolve a problem if you tell us! If you choose to leave negative feedback before contacting us or giving us a fair chance to resolve the issue then you forfeit any right to a refund or replacement.
