From a local estate, here is an old Richard Wilcox door roller, not a huge one for full-sized barn doors, this one is a little smaller. Has a good maker's mark and number 542A, measures about 9.25" top to bottom, has a 2" wheel in the housing, three mounting holes on the bottom.

Typical antique condition with some wear and rust. The wheel has a few imperfections around the edge, looks more like from manufacturing than actual damage. The bearings are visible inside, the wheel turns freely, no issues that I can see. Genuine antique hardware, should be fine for an interior pocket door. Use it as found or restore and repaint it.
