CREDIT CARDS - Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments are accepted through Paypal or our Company Merchant Account.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will ship purchases to the areas listed in the Auction only
Please ensure your shipping address is confirmed on your paypal account before bidding
We reserve the right to ship either with various carriers based on the weight and type of item purchased. A tracking number is sent to you directly UPS and USPS sends out a Delivery Confirmation notice to your registered e-mail address. Please make sure your junk mail settings are set to allow these notifications to reach you
For your protection, a Signature will be required for all orders.
Walk-In pickups are not allowed at this time as the Fulfillment Center is not set-up to provide local pickup
We maintain one of the fastest shipping policies on eBay and in the majority of cases orders are shipped out within 12-48 hours after payment has been received and cleared. As couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes please ensure we are provided your correct physical address and phone number. Orders shipped by USPS will incur a higher cost of shipping as their services are more expensive. Unless specified in the auction, UPS is the preferred shipper and the cost of shipping shown is for addresses the lower 48 states only. A surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses may be required
Insurance in every auction is highly recommended as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of an item once UPS or USPS has taken possession of the item. In the event of loss or damage we will assist the buyer in the filing of a claim in which insurance was purchased and forward the refund once the claim is paid by the carrier. Please take photos and retain the original shipping box and packing materials in case the shippers require them. Courier claims usually are settled within 7-30 days but a USPS claim can take 60 days or longer to complete. Just one of the reasons that couriers are our preferred choice of carrier
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to thoroughly check their purchase upon receipt of the goods and to notify us within 24 hours of any damage. Claims will not be accepted beyond that time period and returns will be refused without an RMA number clearly displayed on the case. Returns for any reason other than a defective unit will incur a 25% restocking charge. All serial numbers are checked and the items are tested to verify condition.
AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. Bids are non-canceleable and buyer remorse is not a reason to request to return an item. Buyers are expected to read the full auction description to determine whether the item is right for them in the condition it is described to be in. Unless an item is specifically listed otherwise, it is sold AS-IS and any warranty repair if available is entirely between the buyer and the manufacturer. We are not a tech support center so all service and operation questions should be directed to the manufacturers support. Any return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. We sell items at 20-80% savings off of the MSRP set by the manufacturer and once an item is purchased, its yours
Pursuant to eBay and Paypal rules, any items that are grossly misrepresented will be either refunded or replaced at the sole discretion of the seller. Every effort possible is made to accurately describe the condition and to provide photos of the item in every auction. Human errors can occur, and are not considered to be a gross misrepresentation of an item. We encourage potential buyers to communicate with us before placing their bids if they have any questions about the item up for bid as we are not liable for minor errors or omissions in the description. Shipping fees are collected and paid to the respective carriers for their services and are not refundable under any circumstance
Warrantee items will be listed in the auction, if available from the manufacturer. Batteries, Software and other consumable parts are not covered unless otherwise specified
Purchases shipped to a Florida address will be charged 6.0% State Sales Tax in all cases unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is provided before the purchase is completed
Placing a bid on our auctions constitutes acceptance of the sellers terms and conditions listed in the auction
FEEDBACK
We reserve the right to cancel bids of any eBay user with excessive Bid Retractions or Negative Feedback
To ensure that nobody gets missed, we use an Auto Responder to place feedback for our buyers accounts. Once your purchase arrives, and you have inspected the item for freight damage we appreciate receiving Positive Feedback to know that we have met your expectations. Our auto responder (usually within minutes) will return feedback to your account which helps sellers gain confidence in a buyers future bids and purchases
We reserve the right to not post eBay Feedback in the following instances:
Buyer has not posted feedback
Buyer did not comply with the Auction Terms
Other circumstances we deem appropriate

In a case where a safe is to be shipped by Freight due to the weight of the product, some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, union states, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges by the freight companies. If charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping for approval. If you would like to know if there are any surcharges to your specific area you can also send us your shipping address before completing the purchase and we can advise you at that time.
