WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING RETURNS/WARRANTY CLAIMS ON CONDITION THAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE MET.
1. 30 DAYS CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will provide a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is accepted by the buyer.
After your order is dispatched, you may contact us for a change-of-mind return up to 30 days after the date of dispatch. The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition, and the refund will include a minimum of 20% restocking fee charges.
Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition.
2. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) RETURNS
If you receive a DOA item(s) upon delivery, we will either replace a new unit for you or refund you the purchase price, provided a DOA claim is made within 7 business days of the product being received.
Where possible, item(s) should be returned to us with the original, undamaged packaging including all accessories and manuals that shipped with the item(s). If any of the above item(s) is not included, we reserve the right to reject your DOA claim. PC Meal may take up to 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the faulty item(s) to resolve your claim.
3. WARRANTY RETURNS
All products sold by PC Meal are covered by a minimum of 3 months warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This means that should your item become faulty within this period, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund (subject to restocking fees). Please check the manufacturer’s warranty information, or contact our customer services for further details about the warranty period of your specific item.
If you find that your item is faulty or not working as expected, please contact us through eBay messages. Where possible, we will try to troubleshoot your issue and resolve it without the need for a returns process.
Should a return be deemed appropriate, we will provide a return authorisation (RA). You will then be responsible for sending the item back to us. Please ensure that your RA number is affixed to the returned item. We will take between 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of the faulty unit to process your warranty claim.
In some cases we will recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly, as they will be better positioned to provide a repair or replacement for your item.

Monitors: We will only accept returns for dead pixels and backlight bleeding if they are covered by the manufacturer warranty for that product. Please check the warranty policy of the respective manufacturer before you make your purchase.
Laptops, notebooks, tablets and all-in-one systems: Refunds will not be provided for minor or repairable problems. Instead, you may contact us or the manufacturer for a free repair within the warranty period. If the problem is deemed as major or unrepairable by the manufacturer, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
PC systems: PC systems are covered by a two-year warranty period. If your PC becomes faulty during this time, you may return it to us for repair. Please note that each component of your PC system falls under different warranty conditions, depending on the manufacturer. We will only replace components free of charge if they are eligible for warranty from the manufacturer.
We will pay for your return shipping if you report a problem with your system within two weeks of receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to package their system carefully before sending it to us. We will not be liable for any damage incurred to the system during its return delivery.
4. MISSING ITEM(S)
If you believe an error has been made in shipping your item, please contact us. Please understand that we have limited control over the delivery process but we will work with our couriers to ensure that you receive the product in a prompt and complete manner. Please ensure that your postal address registered on eBay is correct. We ship all orders based on your eBay address (i.e. not the PayPal address). We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered item as a result of an incorrect shipping address. The customer is liable for any postage charges incurred to resend the returned packages.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
