NO RETURN OR REFUND ON COLOUR SAMPLES

As a business seller i do accept returns on all items EXCEPT MILLINERY & HEADWEAR please ask all questions prior to bidding or ask for sample colours as all bids are final and a return will not be entered into.
In the event that i will accept a return on MILLINERY & HEADWEAR as a gesture of good will then an exchange or credit note will be offered all returns will be at the buyers cost and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Buyers outside of the UK may need to pay customs fees or duties, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by many days. We want buyers to know that any customs delays are not our fault.
For Orders that are refused at delivery or Incorrect addresses provided will not be refunded but an extra postage cost will be invoiced to have the order re-delivered.
If returns are accepted then the out going postage will be deducted, Buyers must send back at there own cost.
ALL Millinery is exempt from returns and refunds as these items are made to order and can take between 7 & 21 working days to complete
