RARE!!!

ANTIQUE FRENCH GRANITEWARE enamel Hinged Lid PITCHER white and blue CHICKENWARE

Beautiful and rare design for this water jug, he is wearing a thick cover of enamel of very good quality in the blue chickenwarepattern, covering the entire surface of the cruche even the base.

It has a hinged lid with thumb rest, a pinched spout and riveted construction.

The pitcher carries a stamp underneath saying "réfractaire garanti":  it's a pot that can be put to heat without any problem. the interior lined with a limestone deposit shows that it has been used a lot.

One side is in perfect condition, the other side has two chips that explain the price interresting.
