Building instructions are also included. Clancy "Bee" type sport plane designed for electrics. Other plans are for sale too. I'll be listing them as I pull them out. This plan is in perfect condition. All of my items come from a totally smoke free environment. Plans are shipped rolled in a mailing tube.
