A refurbished laptop is almost identical
to a brand-new laptop, but just with some signs of previous use or a very minor
fault. All of our items are either customer returns or ex-display items, this
means that the performance and speed of the item won’t be far off what you
would expect when new. All items are graded and priced accordingly, meaning you
can get a much better specification item, for the same price you would pay for
a lower spec, brand new.
All machines are fully tested to the
highest standard, ensuring every laptop we send out will perform to the highest
of its ability. All of our refurbished products come with a minimum
3-month RTB warranty for peace of mind,
we also offer the highest level in customer support should you have any
problems.

Paying for goods
Our preferred method of payment is
PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for goods on eBay.

goods when you know that you will be available to receive the delivery on next
working day**
Delivery & Collection
Our main courier is APC Overnight – All
items paid for before 2pm will be shipped on a next working day delivery
(excluding bank & public holidays). Our courier aim to have all items
delivered by 12pm so you’ll need to be at the delivery address to sign for the
goods.
Unfortunately we do not ship any items on a
Saturday – Therefore any items paid for after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched
on Monday.
No item will be left "safe" or with
a neighbour unless requested prior to dispatch.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT
Postcode) and Out of Area locations will be dispatched on a 2-5 day service
although eBay may still show the estimated delivery as next day.
Saturday deliveries are available at an
extra cost. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us. We’d be happy to help.
Stock Must Go LTD do not take
responsibility for missed deliveries and therefore cannot offer any full or
part refund on this basis.
If you wish to collect your item from
us, please message or call us to arrange this. The item must be won on eBay
initially, although we do accept cash or debit card payment on collection.
If you experience any problems with your

Items damaged in transit
We
pack our products well, but if you receive an item that has been damaged in
transit, you can either refuse to take delivery of the item or sign for the
item as “damaged”. It may also be the
case that you realise that the item is damaged after taking delivery of the
goods. In all cases please notify us
within 12 hours of the delivery and we’ll be in touch with you to help resolve
the problem to your satisfaction.

Your right to cancel the
order
You have the right to cancel your order
within 30 days of payment being received. If you would like to cancel an order
and return an item to us, please contact us via eBay. We will then provide you with shipping information
and will refund you once the item is received back. The cost of returning items
to us is payable by the customer.
Stock Must Go 90 Day
Warranty
Every item sold by us at Stock Must Go
is covered by our 90-day warranty return to base warranty (unless stated
otherwise).
The 90-day period begins from the date
of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in
touch with us straight away. We will
endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault over the phone, but if we are unable to
do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has
been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your
item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, repaired
items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer.
Our warranty covers all that would be
covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by
accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover
consumable parts of the item, such as the battery. If you do require any further information,
please let us know and we will be more than happy to help.
