No. 38. Limited edition of 100 though I believe he rarely reaches the full run.
Porcelain 18.5 cm/ approx. 7.25 inches high. It says in the book that one foot is marked with the edition number and the other with the Lustre Pottery's new Walking Ware backstamp. However it is common knowledge that as the edition of 100 is made these things change! This one has no edition number on the foot but has the correct mark to the bottom of the pot along with Roger's signature. This was bought directly from Roger so I can assure you that this is all fine.
This edition were mostly made with green shoes with red spots and blue stripe decoration on the stockings and brown soles and heels. This one has tan brown shoes, red spots with white socks (or more likely stockings, she is a sophisticated French lady afterThe decoration has changed as the edition is made. The teapots are signed and dated and numbered.
Please allow up to three days for packing. It can take a while to find suitable boxes. As with anything fragile we always pack very well. This does take time and we mean lots of time! Double boxing in most cases, if not triple boxing. We only use recorded services now due to a high incidence of loss. This will be sent via a 24 hour courier within the U.K.
