You are purchasing:

Belgium Scott #322-337 & 338-353, Mint Never Hinged imperforate blocks of 4.  Ex-Bileski with original Bileski write-up noting that only 10 blocks of 4 exist for each set.  Bileski appears to have been wrong about the number of different Belgian imperforate stamps that exist.  Henry Gitner Philatelists Inc., in their 2015 pricelist, note that "for every stamp it issues, Belgium provides the philatelic world with some of the most seldom seen specialized material.  For most 20th century issues and almost all from 1930 to date, imperforates have been prepared in the original colors and distributed only to high government officials.  From 1929-1970 only 200-400 of each were printed... Since Belgium imperfs are presented only to high government officials, most of whom retain the stamps for the own collections, there is no direct distribution to the philatelic marketplace.  Sometimes it takes years before these items find their way onto the market, making them scarce and seldom offered."

These 1944 Lion Rampant sets of extremely rare and attractive blocks would make a wonderful addition to any advanced Belgium collection.
