Returns Policy
RETURNS: Should
you need to return your item: All items returned must be complete with ALL
TAGS/PACKAGING and in the same condition they were sent out. Any items showing
signs of wear WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged and a dispute will be filled.
Refunds are less POSTAGE COST unless otherwise stated. Where measurements are
supplied it is the customers own interest to read and pick the correct size/age
required no responsibility can be taken for BUYERS picking the wrong
size/age/colour/item, in this case buyers are responsible for return postage to
correct the mistake. We appreciate any items returned within the time frame and
if requesting an exchange or refund we are made known of this as soon as
possible.
If
exchanging an item you MAY be invoiced for postage costs to return. SO PLEASE
CHECK YOUR ORDER or get in touch we are always happy to help.
PAYMENT: Pay Pal
is our preferred method of payment but we are able to take payments over the
phone or you can post your payment to us.
