UK delivery

For UK customers there are up to 4 different delivery options available to choose from.

Economy Delivery / Royal Mail 48 is our standard postal option which offers the best value and usually delivers within 2-5 days to a UK Mainland address.

Standard Delivery / Royal Mail Tracked 24 offers secure delivery with SMS notifications and usually delivers the next working day to most of the UK.

Express Delivery / DPD offers guaranteed next day delivery within a one hour time slot with full tracking and Email or SMS delivery notifications.

Express Delivery / Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day and requires a signature upon delivery for extra security.

 

International Delivery

International customers have up to 3 delivery options available to choose from.

Royal Mail Standard is an international airmail service which is typically delivers to EU Countries within 5-10 days.

Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed offers secure tracking for delivering parcels worldwide, and typically takes between 5-7 Days for EU countries and 7-14 Days for ROW Countries

Express International Postage is delivered by DHL and usually takes 1-2 days to reach EU Countries.

 

Please note we use a range of different courier services provided by DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Our internal systems determine the best service to use when shipping your order based on the weight and order value. In order to deliver our customers the best possible service we may choose to upgrade your delivery service.

30 Day Returns Policy

For your peace of mind, we offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy.

If any of our items are unsuitable in any way you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange.

Please Note for us to be able to issue you with a refund you MUST open a return in eBay.

 

Returns Policy Information

Return Postage is payable by you the customer.

Returned items must be complete with tags and original packaging in fully re-saleable condition.

Shoes should be returned in the original box and placed in a postal bag, DO NOT seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in post therefore we suggest you send returns using a signed/recorded delivery

Returns are usually processed within a few working days of receiving the item back but during busy periods can take up to 5 working days.

 

Returns Instructions

If you are returning an item for a refund you must first open a return within ebay.

To start a return, find the item in your purchase history and select return this item.

From there you can select to either return the item using the eBay returns process which will allow you to buy & print your own returns label or you can simply return the item to us yourself and add the returns tracking information.

Faulty Items

If you have any concerns about an item you purchased from us and believe it to be faulty then please return it for an assessment.

If the item is indeed found to be faulty you will be offered either a repair(where possible), replacement or a full refund including any returns postage costs.
