These shoes are NEW.. I never wore them (only tried them on)
& they were personally bought by me at a department store like Nordstrom's or Macy's.
(shoes have been VERY well taken care of since they were purchased & have been safely kept in shoe organizer case with lid)

If there's slight scuffs or marks on the bottom of the shoes...
that would be from trying them on in the store before purchase.
We all try on shoes at a store... so that's understandable.
