    -Items mailed with Express or Priority are shipped with tracking.  Items mailed with 1st class do not have tracking. All items are insured through Shipsurance.

- Russia, Brazil, Mexico, and Ukraine - due to insurance reasons, we only ship to these countries with Express Mail - please email us for a quote.

    - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.


    
- We ship most of our items via USPS First Class International Mail (USPS). These items are trackable only within the USA and may take up to 12 weeks for delivery to some countries. If you would like online tracking all the way to the final destination and/or quicker delivery please request USPS Express International Mail rates before bidding or completing your final payment.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:


    We offer a hassle free  30 day return policy. To initiate a return, find the item in 'My eBay' under 'Purchase History' and select 'Return this Item' from the 'More Actions' drop-down menu and just follow the prompts. Since we do not charge any restocking fee, items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received with all the packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
