AIRFIX OO SCALE MODEL KIT Opel Blitz and Pak 40 Field Gun SEALED in Type 6 Box

Airfix self assembly kit from circa 1979, OO scale Opel Blitz 3-ton truck towing a Pak 40 anti-tank gun, in original type 6 (oval logo) box, with decal sheet and instructions.

The kit allows for one of two versions to be produced, either 3rd Panzer Division (Russia) or 21st Panzer Division (North Africa)

This type of box was the last in the line of original Airfix packaging as the company went into bankruptcy in 1981

The kit is in unmade condition with all of the parts still on the sprues and still factory sealed in the original polythene bag. The box is in excellent condition, firm crisp and bright with just very light shelf wear. The decal sheet and instructions are in excellent condition
