If you are purchasing only one item, please take into account that we must cover our cost, which includes the item shipping and Ebay and Paypal fees. Returns & Exchanges: I will accept any return that is in new UNUSED condition. If the tags are off, the item I will not accept the item back it MUST be in resalable condition. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact me immediately upon receipt of your order. I will be happy to exchange and/or refund your purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us before shipping any items back to us to ensure that we are aware of the return. After contacting me, simply return the item(s) to me with a letter stating your Ebay user name, date of purchase and item numbers exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund the shipping charges or the return shipping charges for any exchange or refund regardless of the reason for the exchange and/or refund.
