Plastic O Gauge 1960? Chevy Corvair Sedan 3.9" Long 2.3" Wheel Base, O Scale

Here up for sale is what looks to me something like a 1960 Corvair sedan toy plastic car molded in dark blue plastic, possibly in unused condition.  Toy maker and year produced unknown, but could have been made in the 1990s or a bit earlier.  It measures about 3.9" long by about 1.375" wide, with a wheel base of about 2.3".  Has white plastic wheels and doesn't appear to ever had a windshield piece.  Could make a nice looking car on a vintage type scene.
