We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from Team-Moto.

• We will only ship to a confirmed PayPal registered address or an address confirmed with eBay at check-out.
• We offer shipping on a next working day basis
• Delivery generally takes 2-4 working days
• We ship to mainland UK by Royal Mail & various couriers. Some areas of the UK will attract a postage surcharge, this is beyond our control. Areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands will have higher shipping costs with couriers. Smaller items are generally not surcharged. If you are not sure please message us.

• We do not allow “Collection in person”
• We do not process orders at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

It is inevitable that occasionally items will need to be returned, we want to make this process as simple as possible.

• We offer a 30 day money back returns policy. If you change your mind you can return your item within 30 days for a refund.
• TRANSIT: If your item is damaged in transit, you can refuse delivery or sign for the item as damaged. If you do choose to accept a damaged delivery please let us know by eBay message within 12 hours of delivery. We can refund or exchange on receipt of the returned item.
• FAULTY ITEM: If you have any problem with your item please contact us ASAP, you need to inform us within 7 days by eBay message. The faulty item must be returned to us at your expense within 14 days to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned with all of its original packing and tags. We will not refund if an item is damaged, worn or misused.
• We will process returns and exchanges as quickly as we can and keep you informed.
