The Bernard Picture Co., Inc. filed as a Domestic Business Corporation in the State of New York on Tuesday, December 4, 1951, but I have seen prints, available for sale on line, made by them as early as 1943.  A lot of their copyrighted lithographs of famous paintings were printed and mounted on cardboard, and then framed. They were extremely popular in the fifties and sixties. I think they may have been given as promotional gifts at a major grocery store like Kroger. You can find many used for sale on eBay now. The differences here, are that this one is printed on cloth canvas and it's basically "new". So, you would have to frame it yourself. This has been stored on a shelf, under other canvas lithographs, not exposed to light for many years. The colors looks as bright and crisp as the day that they were printed. All of the lithographs that we have listed came from the same place. They were purchased from the printing company when they went out of business.
