Payments are by Paypal only and your order will be processed as soon as the funds have cleared (normally cleared within 1 hour). Deliveries will only be made to a Paypal confirmed address.

All orders include FREE P&P and are normally despatched within 24 hours of payment, via Royal Mail 48. Other expedited shipping options are available, including Royal Mail Tracked 24, ParcelForce Express 24 and Royal Mail Special delivery.

Orders are expertly packed to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition. Higher value combined orders will be automatically upgraded at no cost to you, if required. In the rare event of a non-receipt of goods don't worry - we will cover your loss if your order has failed to reach its destination.

If you wish to return any item for any reason you can simply send it back to us at the address below. Please ensure you include correspondence with the goods including the ebay order number, the reason for return and weather you require a refund or replacement. Please note if the item is simply unwanted ( i.e. no fault ) it needs to be returned as new with the packaging un-opened.
