The book measures approx. 11 by 8 ½ inches. The softcover is good with light wear and some other signs of use The spine end is good with some light wear. The boards and corners are good with light wear and denting. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are good with some light wear and toning, some minor creasing, flyer is crisp and clean. Shipping weight is 1 pound
