Boxes are supplied flat packed ready creased for easy folding and are made from a good grade strong brown single wall, single flute corrugated card

Each box weighs about 100gms

These fold up in a similar way to post office cartons available from post offices counters and are therefore very strong and fully closed when assembled. They can be re-used several times. 

We had had these boxes specially designed and originally produced by a large reputable uk manufacturer, about 7 years ago, as we were unable to find a suitable ready made box on the market at the time. We have been using them since then to send out around 4000 models, to customers all over the world without any reported damage.
