Pastor William Tony Thomas attended Bishop College in Dallas, Texas. Where he excelled in football but later became addicted to heroin. His life spiraled out of control for the next 15 years, and he led a life of crime. He eventually moved to San Diego and became connected to Dr. McKinney. He cleaned up, moved to Toledo, Ohio, became a pastor Tony, and founded the St. Stephens C. O. G. I. C. Of note, he now has a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling and is licensed as a Marriage Counselor.
