We cannot be held responsible if your machine has a underlying fault that blows the replacement board or part. Please be sure this is not the case before fitting the new part. RETURN POLICYDue to recent fraud attempts and customers trying to send broken parts back to us we have had to change how we ship out used printer boards and parts.We now send all electrical printer boards and motors wrapped in a clear bag with a security void sticker sealing the bag shut and we also place one on the part. This is to prevent people opening trying the part in their printer that could have a underlying fault and damaging the board, and then returning to us saying the board is no longer needed or was ordered in error.We are more than happy to accept any returns up to 14 days after purchase as long as the product has not been removed from its security sealed packaging.If the anti tamper seal is removed or damaged we will not accept returns on the item so please do not open if you are unsure as you will not get a refund for this item.We also send out a instruction and information sheet that will be attached to the part to also warn you if the seals are broken we cannot refund or exchange.We are sorry for the strict rules but because the item is send in a clear bag you are able to see and check the part is correct before you open.If your unsure about anything please just ask before purchasing.Many thanks
