Insurance:
All items are fully insured. In the event your package doesn't arrive, or is damaged during shipping, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Once the claim has been settled, or the missing package arrives at back our office, a full refund will be issued to you.

Foreign shipment costs:
Our shipping cost extends only to the eBay Global Shipping Center in Kentucky, USA. Shipping fees from there to your destination, as well as any customs or duties due, will be added by eBay to your total.

Unconditional Guarantee
We offer a thirty (30) day return window for all goods sold. If you wish to return your item(s), you must contact us by phone or email WITHIN TEN DAYS (10) days of receiving your order. After 30 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns may be charged a minimum of 20% RESTOCKING FEE, more if market fluctuation dictates.
