Damaged / delivery errors must be reported to Rockem Music within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Rockem Music accepts no responsibility for claims made after 48 hours. If goods are found to be either faulty or not what you ordered please contact us with a full description of the incorrect goods or the fault. Please then open a return on the item to receive a full refund. Your postage costs will be refunded in full in these circumstances. Warranty All new goods come with 12 months warranty unless stated otherwise.
