The map is dated at bottom, Copyright 1924 by G.M. Hopkins Co. Phila, Pa. This dates the map nicely. Hopkins was a highly regarded mapmaker of this period. The map is in excellent condition, printed on thick fine paper, witgh no printing on reverse. The map is fascinating, jammed with period historical details, developements and neighborhoods, named home and land owners, the size of the buildings, named business and industry , named railroads,named streets, rivers, parks, churches and much more. The map is in very nice condition. The fine handcoloring on the map is period. This is a vintage antique fine handcolored map, printed on thick, beautiful paper.
