It takes one business day to process the order. We deliver the order to AU in 14-20 working days.

Payment

Payment is due within the next 5 days after the auction ends or the item is purchased. If payment is not made at the end of the 5th day, an unpaid item dispute will be opened by eBay automatically.

My Policy

All products that we ship are inspected to be in good working order before shipment unless otherwise listed in the auction as damaged, "as is", etc. Returns will only be accepted with a “RAN“(Return Authorization Number) pending investigation of the problem and personal circumstances.

All returns must be received within 7 days of  receiving the RAN # and mailed with delivery confirmation. A 10%  Re-stocking fee applies to all returned items- unless the reason for return was  our mistake. Refund will be based on item purchase price and not shipping  charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
