The coin that you will be purchasing is per the pictures shown. 

In my opinion, this coin is in circulated extra fine to about uncirculated condition.

- Wear : There appears to be little wear especially on the high points of the details when viewed under x10 magnifying glass.

- Surface Preservation : There are scratches and nicks due to circulation but no major or deep scratches or nicks that affects the look of the coin.

- Strike : Full strike.

- Luster : There is a little luster left on both sides.

- Eye Appeal : There are stains on the obverse of the coin.

I am not a certified coin grader, hence the price has been adjusted to reflect it as compared to some reference guides. Even with PCGS or NGC certification, coin grading is a very subjective matter especially on eye appeal. Hence, please make your own judgement on the coin grade and purchase it only when you like what you are looking at and the price is right.
