Shipping Policy

We will ship to addresses in the continental United States ONLY.
We reserve the right to choose the carriers.
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after we received confirmation of your payment.
Economy shipping will the 1 to 10 business days depending on your location.
After your order(s) shipped, we will provide you with tracking number(s), please check your spam folder on your email account if you do not get your tracking information.

Return Policy

Defective products must be reported within 14 days from the ship date.
In case of return or exchange, you must contact us to get an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number.
The buyer pays for all return shipping cost.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If the item is shipped free, all returns will incur a $9.95 restocking fee to cover the shipping & handling fees.
Return must be in the original shipping box, sealed and fully protected.
Damaged products will not be refunded.
Only unopened products are returnable for refund.
