This silvertone necklace features an oval pendant with　a openwork　 scalloped outer rim that gives it charm and character.　 It is accented with a domed glass cameo with a blue and white frosty image of an eye with an eyelid and lashes accented by icicles.　 The reverse has a textured finish and it includes a brooch fitting to allow it to be taken off the chain and worn as a pin if desired.　 It measures 2 inches wide and 2 1/2 long.　 The chain is 24 inches and closes with a safety catch and it is in new condition.　 Any shadows in the photo are reflections of light from the camera.
