About Betty Boop and Fleischer Studios
First introduced in 1930, Betty Boop was created by Max Fleischer for his “Talkartoons” series, the first “talkies” of animation, which Max’s company, Fleischer Studios, produced for Paramount. Mae Questel provided Betty’s distinctive voice. By 1932 Betty, considered to be the first and only female animated screen star, had taken the country by storm. Betty starred in more than 100 cartoons, 90 of which are included in the official “Betty Boop” series, which ended in 1939. Since then, Betty has appeared in dozens of hit movies, television specials and commercials. She was the first cartoon character to be profiled by A&E’s “Biography” series.

However, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.
This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the
shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased.
Please let us know within 3 days and include photos for the on-line damage claim with the US Postal Service.
As the buyer, you can file the on-line claim from your end and receive the refund of your purchase directly.
Or, we can process the claim at our end and credit the initial PayPal payment
(not to exceed the original purchase price of the item, less original non-refundable shipping cost)
when we receive payment from the US Postal Service for damages claimed.
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.
