Gold travertine makes up the holder and , as you can see, there are fossils  and natural  textures found in them.  The coaster stand measures 5 x 5 x 5.  It comes with 5 natural gold travertine coasters  which have a 1/4" bevel.  These will be backed by cork.    The colors in the stone and any variations in movement or other colors will pop when you wet them.  They cannot be sealed that color, unless you don't want to use them as coasters.

     

     The stone for these natural travertine coaster sets come from quarries globally and are part of the last of our unique & hand-crafted  inventory items.  Our artists cut these stone into squares from the stone we receive from the quarry.  The holders complement  the coasters being made with either slate, quartzite, limestone, travertine, sandstone or marble.  The holders are geometric shapes and give a sleek design to the set.  Every stone has unique colors, variations and movement .  It is normal to see these natural flaws through any of these stones.
