By bidding on this auction you agree to the following terms

General Information 

The winning bidder will be sent an invoice by e-mail and must contact our office for payment within 24 hrs.

Our business hours are Mon. thru Fri. 9:30AM to 5:00PM CST. We are closed Sat.,Sun. and holidays. All emails will be answered,

all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your

payment arrives Tuesday after 1PM item will not ship until Thursday, etc. Any emails you send us should include an eBay item #,

your user ID and email address registered with eBay.

We make every effort to ensure that everything you receive is just as it should be, but sometimes an item can have a defect that is not

noticed until it is delivered to the customer. If this happens, please e-mail us for further instructions within 3 days of receipt of the

package. Orders can not be cancelled, refused or returned because of manufacturers defect. The defect will will be corrected or

replacement items will be sent.

All buyer feedback will be entered after item receipt confirmation has been received via email and seller feedback has been entered into

eBay system from buyer. If you have an issue with an item it is expected that you communicate in a professional manner with seller

so that issue can be resolved quickly.

We present sharp pictures of products we put out for auction so you can better see what you are bidding for. A copyright notice exists

on all pictures and within html pages. 

Shipping

The shipping for this item is set to a flat rate*. All items are verified before they are shipped. Returns are accepted only if the item is

defective out of the box (DOA). Buyer must notify seller and return ship the item within 3 days; buyer is responsible for return shipping

charges. Payment is payable upon completion of auction using Paypal.  

All packages will be shipped with insurance coverage and receipt confirmation number. In the unlikely event that your package is lost while

in transit to you, the package and its contents will be replaced by the carrier. Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages. All

shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point and become the property of the receiver upon being turned over to the carrier. If you receive merchandise

that was damaged in transit, you should contact postal carrier directly. Leave the item in its original containers and all packing materials.

Carrier will inspect the item and will reimburse for the damages. Customer accepts that all damages are the responsibility of the carrier

and that all items shipping by API_Services were sent in good condition. All damages must be reported to carrier of the package within

3 days of receipt of your package. International shipments are not insured unless buyer specifically requests it and it will be at buyers expense.

Lost items insured or not will not be refunded by seller.
 

All claims for shortages to your item must be made within 3 days of receipt of your package. We reserve the right to correct any mistake

or replace any missing item.

We Ship INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA and CANADA.. *Canadian residents add $6 to shipping charges.

(We will ship to Hawaii or Alaska - inquire via email to determine additional rate ). Other Country's will be considered. You MUST email for shipping/handling charges before bidding. Physical addresses ONLY (Please no P.O. boxes, military bases, etc.).

Payments

Pay by Paypal with a credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will ship to confirmed billing address only. No COD, Escrow, or 3rd party payments accepted.

    We stand by what we sell. Some items may be white boxed, out of box condition.

All items are verified before they are auctioned.
