synopsis:
Flash is too late to save Central City's Flash Museum from burning to the ground. On site he meets Detective Angela Margolin. She found a fragment still emitting a faint blue glow which might be the only clue regarding a suspect. Wally visits Jay Garrick to warn him about a potential threat for all Flashes. Jay keeps his cool, but immediately after Wally left he is attacked by someone who wants to steal his speed powers. At home, Wally finally realizes who must be responsible for the museum fire. A long time ago, both Barry Allen and Wally (as Kid Flash) fought a man who called himself Cobalt Blue. They defeated him and Cobalt Blue disappeared. Wally thinks that Cobalt Blue wants to desecrate the memory of Barry Allen and visits places which were important in Barry's life. At the police department he finds Cobalt Blue, but their fight is short and the villain flees. The story continues...
