The wording reads Sinite Parvulos Venire Ad Me - ( Suffer The Children To Come Unto Me ) Sancta Enfantia on one side and Virgo Maria ora pro Nobis et pro Miseris Parvulis Infidelibus (Virgin Mary, pray for us and for the unfortunate children of unbelievers ) on the other. Measures about 1.8cm in diameter.
