Terms and Conditions Postage Returns

We adhere to all Ebay’s selling rules and orders and purchases are covered by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Orders are dispatched within two working days of payment being received. We use couriers and Royal Mail to speedily deliver your order and your parcel may need signing for upon receipt. We are happy to ship internationally but will only use signed for services. If you have any questions about your order then please contact us via Ebay's messaging system or alternatively on Tel. 01623 797 028 between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you leave a message we aim to respond to you within 1 working day.

We’re happy to offer a refund/exchange on unused items that are returned in their original condition with their original packaging within 30 days. Please ensure that all hanging instructions are read and understood as returns will not be accepted if these have not been followed properly. Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items and we are unable to refund any postage costs, (except where goods are received faulty)
