How to Get volume discounts and combined postage:

  • For items with shipping cost and no automatic discounts, On a desktop or a web browser (eBay mobile app does not have this function yet) select all the items you need from one listing or many listings into your shopping cart. In your Shopping Cart click on REQUEST TOTAL (on the top right corner ) to send us the request. We can then see your order and send you a combined invoice with delivery & pickup options. You then CLICK TO PAY on the invoice, and we send you the items.
  • For items with automatic discounts or with free postage then contact us with what you need and we will let you know how you can receive the volume and combined postage discounts.

DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS

Delivery Choice: 

  • Normal delivery by Australia Post or other Couriers. Cost is as shown on the listing. (Sorry We may not post to Po Box  if the item is bulky) 
  • Local Pickup (self pickup). Pick LOCAL PICKUP on eBay and contact us to arrange a pickup appointment. 
  • Bulky Items or places outside Australia contact us with your postcode for the delivery cost. Purchase with LOCAL PICKUP on eBay and contact us for a delivery invoice. 

Delivery Time:

  • Domestic: Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of you purchasing it. Delivery is generally between 3-6 days Australia wide.
  • International:  Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of you purchasing it. Depending on what part of the world you are from it does take a little longer to send, delivery can be from 7-15 working days. Other factors to take into consideration are quarantine and customs regulations in your country.  It is also a consideration that customs duties and GST/VAT may be payable at the buyers expense.

    Payment

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • We accept Afterpay, PayPal, Credit Cards and direct bank transfer. We don't accept eCheque (If your PayPal balance is low please pay by Credit card or Bank transfer). We will ship the item once we have received eBay notification (fastest for PayPal payments) that payment has been made.

    If you don't want the product,send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. We are happy to refund what you paid, less our original postage and tracking label cost (including items with free postage). Goods must be undamaged and unopened/unused to qualify. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
