International Purchases

We combine multiple items purchased the same shipping day for international buyers to save money.

Customs charges/VAT's on international shipments are not included in our selling price
and are the buyer's responsibility when the package arrives in your country. We recommend
checking with your local customs office as to what the charges would be on items
prior to purchasing to avoid any surprises when a package arrives.
First Class International has tracking for Canadian shipments only on packages 4lbs or less.
All other worldwide purchases ship Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International
for tracking & insurance purposes.

We DO NOT accept return requests for non-returnable items.
Most of our no return listings will contain pictures taken of the actual item for sale, not stock photos.
If we list an item with defects, we try to picture them clearly and will reference this in our description.
If you decide to purchase a non-returnable item all sales are final, please do not ask to return your purchase.
If Damaged In Transit
Most packages arrive safely, but there is always that chance an item will break during its travels.
We take pride in our packaging and realize items bought are expected to arrive in the same condition.
However, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.
This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the
shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased.
Please let us know within 3 days and include photos for the on-line damage claim with the US Postal Service.
As the buyer, you can file the on-line claim from your end and receive the refund of your purchase directly.
Or, we can process the claim at our end and credit the initial PayPal payment
(not to exceed the original purchase price of the item, less original non-refundable shipping cost)
when we receive payment from the US Postal Service for damages claimed.
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.
If eBay's Money Back Guarantee option is chosen when an item arrives damaged or if claiming not as described:
