Aeroflow high torque starter motors are serviceable and manufactured from high quality aluminium with a CNC machined multi-angle mounting block that allows different mounting positions to clear multiple header and oil pan configurations. This 2kw / 2.7hp starter is recommended for monster engines over 400cu and up to 15:1 compression ratio and utilizes a 2.86:1 gear reduction. Aeroflow starter motors have high heat resistance helping to eliminate hot start problems and are powder coated black for extra corrosion protection.
